Was born with a clear mission: to correct the gender inequality that persists in the music industry, especially in the festivals scene.
For a whole month, Barcelona becomes the epicenter of women’s music, hosting a wide variety of talents on iconic stages such as Paral·lel 62, L’Auditori, or Luz de Gas, among others. With a rich and diverse program, WIMEN Festival not only celebrates art, but also creates a unique experience for both the audience and the artists, conveying the energy and creativity each of them brings.
In addition to unforgettable concerts, the festival organizes events and activities that invite reflection on the challenges women face in the music industry. Through these initiatives, we inspire new generations and promote positive and lasting change.
